Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Neon Cell Corp. ("Neon Cell," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity data: name, job title, company name;
- Contact data: email address, phone number, mailing address;
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request details automatically recorded in our hosting and security logs;
- Communication data: messages sent through our contact forms or via email;
- Interaction data: voice recordings or chat transcripts if you engage with our AI demo agents (with your consent).
2. How We Collect Information
We collect personal information through:
- Direct interactions (contact forms, email, phone calls, demo requests);
- Strictly necessary cookies and server logs generated automatically when you visit (we do not use analytics or tracking tools);
- Third-party sources (referrals, publicly available professional directories).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested Services;
- Deliver and improve our AI products and services;
- Send service-related communications and updates;
- Send marketing communications where you have given consent (you may withdraw at any time);
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so — primarily your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate business interests where these do not override your privacy rights.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., website hosting and content delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under strict confidentiality;
- Regulatory authorities where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal requirements. Contact records are typically retained for 7 years. Hosting and security logs are retained only for a short period for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
7. Cookies, Tracking, and Third-Party Services
We keep cookies and similar technologies to a strict minimum and use only what is necessary to operate and secure this website.
No analytics or advertising. We do not use website analytics, page-view tracking, behavioural profiling, or advertising and marketing pixels. There is no Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, or similar tracking on this site, and we do not sell or share your browsing activity with advertisers.
Strictly necessary cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set essential cookies to deliver the site, balance traffic, and protect against malicious activity. These are required for the website to function and therefore cannot be disabled through a consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect the site's security or availability.
Fonts and external resources. This website does not load any third-party fonts, scripts, analytics, or other external resources in your browser. Text is rendered using the fonts already available on your device, and no files are requested from Google or other third parties. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy to describe what is loaded and what data (such as your IP address) would be shared.
No consent banner. Because we use only strictly necessary technologies and run no non-essential tracking, there is nothing to opt into, and we do not display a cookie consent banner. To manage or remove cookies at any time, use your browser settings or clear your site data.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All data transmitted to our systems is encrypted using TLS. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
9. International Transfers
Your information is primarily stored and processed in Canada. Some service providers we rely on to operate the site — such as our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) — may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Where we engage service providers outside Canada, we take steps to ensure that your personal information is protected to a comparable standard, including contractual safeguards.
10. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw consent to processing (where consent is the legal basis);
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at contactus@neoncell.ca.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
